A TRIED AND TRUSTED TEAM

Together we have more than 20 years of experience in economic consulting. For the last seven years, we have worked as a team advising companies, associations, and courts on theoretical and econometric issues in the field of competition economics.

A particular focus of our work is the economic support of both plaintiffs and defendants in cartel damage proceedings. We support our clients comprehensively, from the first internal assessment, via support in settlement negotiations and up to the ultimate court dispute. We also advise on merger control, cartel investigations and abuse cases. Unique within Germany, is our extensive experience in performing due diligence and risk assessments for litigation funders.

We combine the relevant expertise on econometrics (Rinnen) and competition economics (Wandschneider). Industry rankings regularly confirm our proficiency. Rankings by Who‘s Who Legal and the Expert Guides: Competition and Antitrust recommend us as leading German competition experts. As members of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht, the German Arbitration Institute and the Competition Litigation Forum, we are in constant and active exchanges with leading antitrust professionals. In addition, we regularly contribute to relevant professional journals, such as Neue Zeitschrift für Kartellrecht or Wirtschaft und Wettbewerb.
